Once the host has accepted your booking request, you can securely pay the total booking price, plus our service fee of 15%, via credit card. Upon successful payment, you will receive the host's contact information and be able to contact them directly. When boarding the vessel, please make sure to have your boarding ID available for the host.
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise and cause a confirmed booking to be canceled. If the host cancels the booking, you will receive a full refund, including our service fees. If you need to cancel the booking, the host's cancellation policy will apply. Please note that our service fees are non-refundable.
If you would like to make any changes to your confirmed booking, please reach out to the host and they will do their best to accommodate your request depending on availability.
A service fee of 15% is applied to the total booking amount for the renter.
To ensure the security of our vessel owners and captains, BoatLink requires identity verification, similar to when booking a hotel room or a rental car.

To get started, you need to create a listing detailing all the information about your boat or experience offered and add photos.
Set at least three price options based on the length of the trip.
Customers will send you booking requests, and you may accept or decline them based on availability. You may also offer alternative departure dates to accommodate your schedule.
Once a booking is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and have access to the contact info of the renter.
Start the charter by entering the Boarding ID in the App. The guest will provide it
Add your direct deposit bank info to receive payouts.
A 8% of the total booking amount will be deduced as a service fee.
We process payouts weekly, and payments will become available in your bank account within 5-10 business days from the time we process them.
